Really awesome store with a lot of unusual plants. They have a super helpful and knowledgeable staff as well. I brought in a pitcher plant that was gifted to me and they were able to help me repot the plant in the appropriate soil and told me everything I need to know about caring for it. Even if you’re not in the market for a plant, just pop in and check the place out.

I got a sundew here just under a month ago, and it began to outgrow its container. Sundews and such need special soil to thrive. We Bite will repot your plants for you, so you don’t have to buy a whole thing of special mix if you don’t need it. They repotted my sundew in their carnivorous plant mix for $3, and it took like thirty seconds. I don’t know of any other plant store that will do that for you. Also, the person working was giving me plant advice the whole time. It was the same way the first time I went. These people know their stuff. We’re lucky to have a local spot offering plants like these. Lots of people can only buy this stuff online. 10/10 recommend

I went in to buy some indoor plants and was blown away by their incredible selection of exotic varieties. I mean this in the most respectful way possible they’re total plant nerds, and it’s clear this is a genuine passion for them. I learned more about plants in 30 minutes than I ever knew before! Their knowledge is seriously impressive. They didn’t just want to sell me a plant they genuinely wanted it to thrive and took the time to explain everything in detail. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back!

I am a tropical plant affectionado. I visited the shop when I was in NOLA in March. I brought back my first Pitcher Plant and found a Purple Passion which I haven’t seen in years. The pitcher plant is small with the biggest pitcher about an inch tall. It has pitchers on all the new leaves. I keep it in a fish bowl to control humidity. I also have it on a heat pad during the day as I believe it likes a 20* temperature drop at night. I’ll be back 🪴

I went to this plant store about 4 months ago. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even repotted one of my newly purchased plants. This was my first time owning carnivorous plants, I ended up with 2 sundews and 2 butterworths, and my plant gnat problem has significant decreased. All of my carnivorous plants are thriving, one of them has already doubled in size, I moved it to its own container, and it has grown flowers about a foot away from where the plant is to reach the sunlight!!! It really speaks to how great the plants were already being cared for, and the owner explained exactly how to care for them.
